Order Edit and Cancellation
You can edit/cancel your order from your customer account page or order status page, within 30 minutes of placing the order. You get 100% refund in your source account.
If you have missed the 30 minute window, and need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please reach us by filling the form below, as far in advance as possible.
Online orders cancelled
- 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total
- between 3-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund
- less than 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund
Customers who have booked and received an invoice from Demeter Food Private Limited. Such orders when cancelled
- 28 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total
- between 7-27 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund
- less than 7 days of the order date will not be entitled to a refund
NOTE: All the refunds will be processed within 24 hours. It will take 7-10 business days to reflect in your source account.
