Christmas Plum Muffin [Eggless]

Spiced sponge is loaded with rum soaked golden raisins, black raisins, dates, almonds, cashews, and sprinkled with brown sugar for a crispy muffin top.

All the options available for any of our desserts are just as delicious, with a distinct flavor profile associated with the choice of flour and sugar: 

FLOUR

100% Whole Wheat: Less refined than Maida, this flour is widely used for making chapati in Indian households. Cakes prepared using this flour are a little caramelized and nutty in taste and slightly dense in texture.

100% Gluten Free: We have a secret blend of 3 naturally gluten free flours. Cakes prepared with this flour are little coconutty in flavor and lack of gluten renders super moist sponge with crumbly texture.

SUGAR

100% Natural: Eucalyptus honey, country sugar (authentic brown sugar) or jaggery is used to prepare all the elements of the dessert. All these pure and natural substitutes of refined white sugar render a brown color and deep caramelized flavor to the finished element.

All the desserts need to be handled carefully as they are freshly baked and fragile. Due to unreliable roads, weather, and traffic conditions, we have started an in-house four-wheeler delivery service that ensures every cake reaches its destination in perfect condition. Our drivers are trained to drive with minimum jerks and are instructed to keep the air conditioning on, at all times.

Our delivery fee varies based on the delivery distance from our store in HSR Layout

INR 50/- only, for distance up to 3 km 

INR 145/- only, for distance between 3 km to 12 km 

INR 295/- only, for distance greater than 12 km up to 15 km

You can also choose to pick up your cake from our store in HSR Layout, but we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs in transit.

Please note we require atleast 1-2 days' notice for all orders unless you have checked with us first.

When stored in an airtight container at room temperature, they have a minimum shelf life of 3 days from the date of delivery/pickup.

They taste best either at room temperature or when warmed in the oven for 10-15 seconds.

Muffins and Teacakes freeze wonderfully as well, just make sure they're cling wrapped tightly before freezing.
